Boutique scoops European franchise rights for leather baby bib

A WIRRAL online baby boutique has secured the exclusive European distribution rights for a new leather baby bib.

Sarah Jane is the exclusive European supplier for Mally bibs, which have been a hit in the US and Canada, and have received strong interest from UK baby product retailers. The company’s founder Sarah Parsons, who also runs children’s play products provider Keeko Kids, spotted the Mally bibs while on a family trip to Canada.

The soft leather bibs can be wiped clean, which Mally says makes them more environmentally-friendly than normal bibs.

The distribution deal for Sarah Jane and its www. sarahjane.uk.com website was secured by Liverpool-based Chime Management. Chime managing director Francis McEntegart said: “We wanted to make sure Sarah Jane was the only place in Europe where people could buy these unique Mally bibs, after my client recognised the huge potential for the product.”
